Starting in 1963, Takeuchi began producing various compact equipment in the construction industry. In 1970, Takeuchi developed the first compact excavator, and in the mid-80’s, they constructed the first compact track loader. As Takeuchi continued to create new, innovative technology and produce efficient excavators and loaders, the company grew to be a leading provider of compact equipment.
Takeuchi’s TB216 mini excavators are effective when working in small spaces. This particular excavator features a retractable undercarriage and is easy to transport and store in various places. A series of conventional excavators are also available if multiple attachments and a larger operator station is needed.
The company offers four models of track loaders including the following: TL230 Series 2, TL8, TL10, and TL12. These track loaders feature rubber tracks, a tilt-back operator compartment, steel undercarriage designs, quality radial boom design that provide excellent lift height, pilot operated joystick controls provide precise, fingertip operation of loader and travel functions and double reduction.
Takeuchi has also developed five different wheel loader models. The TW40, TW65, TW65 Series 2, TW80 and TW80 Series 2 models come with 100% front and rear axle differential locks, inching pedals, frame oscillation and articulation, forward, neutral and reverse functions, and a hydrostatic drive system that efficiently transfers power. Both the track and wheel loaders have 2-year, 2000 hour warranties, and the optional P3 Power Protection Plan provides additional coverage on the loaders.
Takeuchi offers quality products to its customers and is committed to providing an extensive list of dealers and an excellent service network throughout North America.
